Kevin's Birthday

Haleigh and Nick and their Haydan came to dinner with us tonight to celebrate Kevin's birthday tomorow. I love this picture of these sisters together. They have the same pout!

Sara also discovered the excitement of drinking from her Daddy's cup... full of Dr. Pepper. The funny thing is that I am not a Dr. Pepper drinker by nature but while I was pregnant with her it was the only drink that would help my nausea. She liked it before she was born and she likes it now.

Sara got her ears pierced! She cried for a minute but forgot all about them when I handed her a blue sucker. Kevin was sure she'd keep me up all night and was ready to dish out an "I told you so" after I had a sleepless night. But she slept her customary 8 1/2 hours and is her usual happy self today.
