I am a Child of God

We visited the church museum in Temple Square on our trip to Utah. The kids had so much fun in the children's I am a child of God area. It is all hands on with dress up, blocks, wall puzzles, baby dolls. They had so much fun. I think we spent over an hour in those two rooms.


Kevin dressed Sara up as a Shepherd visiting the new baby Jesus. Oh how sweet!
This is my new favorite family picture... don't be surprised if you see our profile pic change to this... we are Holding On To The Iron Rod!!!! You can't see it in the picture but we are all on a balance beam and that is the great and spacious building behind us. A kind worker volunteered to take this for us... I think she was utterly charmed by Sara like so many people are!
They had building blocks to build your own temple! We discovered Sara's love for blocks and so we promptly bought her own set. She loves to knock down stacks, especially if they are on a box she won't stop till they are all OFF of it. She also loves to pick up two and click them together or bang them on anything as a drum.
